Privacy refers to information that we at The BBQ Guys Ltd. ("The BBQ Guys"), owner of this site, gathers about you and the use that we make of it in the course of our business. The BBQ Guys collects personally identifying information only during contests, sweepstakes and site membership registration. In addition, information is collected in certain portions of the site in which guests specifically and knowingly provides such information along with content submissions, community postings (i.e., chat or bulletin boards), suggestions, or voting. The BBQ Guys may use such information for editorial and feedback purposes (to the extent that is explained when guests provide the information). In the event The BBQ Guys plans to post any such information on a site, guests are provided prior notification of such posting and can decline from having such information posted. Pricing and Availability
Products and services prices represent the subtotal cost of all products and services in the cart. Shipping cost of the entire order, and the total cost to the customer (including any applicable sales tax) are extra.
- Product and service prices are valid in all Canadian territories in Canadian prices. The Northwest Territory, the Nunavut Territory and the Yukon Territory are subject to additional shipping. US Products and Services are valid in all US mainland states in US dollars. Hawaii and Alaska are subject to additional shipping. Sales tax will be added to the order where applicable (see Payment Information).
- The BBQ Guys will bill the customer's account once the products are shipped or when a Service technician has been dispatched (see Payment Information).
All Services advertised on the The BBQ Guys site come with at least a 30-day warranty. In many cases, the manufacturer's warranty is much longer. See individual manufacturer's product sites for more details. The customer can also purchase extended warranties from the manufacturers. If
problems or concerns arise regarding specific warranties, the customer should call 1-877-781-2277 to speak with a representative.
Customers can purchase The BBQ Guys products and services on line by credit card only. Customers who wish to pay by check or money order can call 1-877-781-2277 to place the order. The BBQ Guys bills the account once the product has been shipped or the service technician has been dispatched. In the case of a service call, if the client is not home at the agreed upon time a re-issue of the work order will be placed and the
customer will be billed a "wasted trip charge".
Sales tax is applicable and will be added to the order.
The BBQ Guys accepts payment by Visa and MasterCard.
Pricing is valid as stipulated on the site or as above.
Shipping Rates & Policies
The BBQ Guys will deliver product and service orders to all Canadian Territories and to Us territories as state above. It is our experience that additional shipping rates exceed the standard shipping rates to the following territories; Newfoundland, the Northwest Territory, the Nunavut Territory and the Yukon Territory and the client will be subjected to additional shipping rates accordingly. In some cases a mileage charge will be issued prior to a technician being dispatched, the occurrence of this is for remote regions and is stipulated prior to the client being billed.
All orders are shipped at the standard rate issued by one of the major cartage delivery companies servicing the client's particular region.
The shipping charge represents the sum of shipping costs for all products purchased.
The shipping charge is determined per item -- not per shipment.
The BBQ Guys will notify the customer that the purchase(s) have been shipped within one business day. The BBQ Guys will supply the customer with the name of the shipping company and a tracking number for the shipment.
All non-UPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery.
What is the return policy?
We give a 30-day warranty on all parts installation and assembly service. If you receive a defective part we will be happy to send a replacement part and install the identical part at no additional cost. Returns for defective and non-defective products must be arranged within 30 days of receiving the part or assembly service. If you are not satisfied for any reason please call 1-877-781-2277 to speak with a representative. Upon receiving a Return authorization The BBQ Guys will ship the appropriate replacement parts and will dispatch a technician once the parts have been received at the location of the appliance. This warranty is voided if a non BBQ Guys technician attempts to remedy the issue exempt from written directions from The BBQ Guys via email or our Web Chat support forum. Services are non refundable and all discrepancies will be remedied with a return service call.
The BBQ Guys warranties cover your equipment for use in a non commercial setting. Equipment used in commercial locations will be expressly covered under the manufacturer's warranty. In each instance The BBQ Guys will rely upon the manufacturer's warranty for product warranty.
