Phase 3
This is the phase where the business skill set is introduced to the candidate. The company integrates phase 1 and Phase 2 with the business training and the candidate demonstrates competency in all service offerings and also develops the business elements. Once this Phase has been mastered a franchisee agreement will be discussed. Phase 3 competency does lead to franchising however phase three licensee’s can continue on in a licensed capacity without the obligation of a franchise
