What is the Clean Grill Scene? It simply raises the question: Is your BBQ clean? And more importantly, Is the food you eat cooked on a clean, healthy, and safe grill? If it is, then you are already a part of the Clean Grill Scene. If it is not, then we need to talk!!

At some point or another, we have all had to pick bits of old burnt food or even bits of old corroding grills out of our burgers or steaks fresh off the grill. Does it really make sense that we seek out the perfect steak at the local butcher, or we order that special free-range chicken or freshly caught salmon, just to then throw it on our old, dirty, decrepit BBQ? Having our delectable expectations permeated by bits of rust and metal we must pick out? The answer is no!

Health is obviously a major reason to have our BBQ cleaned but safety and efficiency MUST also be considered. Many of us have “hot spots” on our BBQ, what we fail to realize is that these are not hot spots, but are really small areas of the BBQ that are working properly while there are problems elsewhere. Everyone experiences “flare ups” and times simply where the BBQ does not start. All of these situations are incredibly frustrating because they tend to happen at the worst time possible, but all of these are completely avoidable with the “clean grill scene”! Much like a car or any other expensive appliance, the occasional “wipe down” helps the BBQ look good but it simply does not remove all the grease, burnt food, and toxin build up from the thing we actually eat off of.
