Connection Service

The Connection Service is an extension of the assembly program. Most Barbecue manufacturer’s clearly state that the “end user must complete the connection from the fuel supply to the Barbecue”. For this reason we highly recommend that the manufacturer’s recommendations be followed. This also allows for the Barbecue owner to be aware of the necessary precautions involved in operating a barbecue. It should be noted that if the “end user” does not complete this hook up that the manufacturer’s warranty could be voided.

The BBQ Guys will connect a new BBQ that has been assembled by The BBQ Guys to a stand alone 20lb propane tank, if a alternative fuel supply or fuel supply method is utilized we ask the end user to complete this connection.

If it is absolutely imperative that the “hook up” be completed to an alternative fuel supply or method The BBQ Guys can arrange for a hook up service at an additional cost. This “additional” service may not be able to be completed on the same day as a specialized fuel related service technician may be required. Of course in the case of the installations of the “Outdoor kitchens” and built in and custom installations these connections are organized by our project managers.
