The BBQ Guys is currently accepting applications for both franchise operations managers and franchise owners in various regions within Canada. The Franchise operations manager: This is a unique opportunity for individuals looking for a seasonal business and to gain experience within the workforce. Many of our past success stories in this role come from 1st and 2nd year College and University as well as other individuals with seasonal availability. Many of our current Franchise operations managers enjoy gaining experience in the business community while having a role to return to each year. Some of these continue with the organization such as purchasing a franchise at a reduced rate based on several factors. Others move onto other roles outside of the industry and rely on the business experience with The BBQ Guys to secure new roles. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and hard working; which will result in experience and financial gain not found in many seasonal student positions.
